I want to let you in on a discovery I found, but I will tell you a short story first.
I have a friend who is a research maniac. If she finds out about something new, she immediately learns all she can about the subject, and passes the news on to me. I LOVE this! It’s great getting all of the information she finds in one conversation, and she loves to do the research!
Anyway, I received this note from her last week and I thought I would share it with you. She wrote:
I was thinking about you this morning. Last week I saw something on a Comcast online news blurb. It was this gal from Harvard who was talking about dreaming and she hit on a lot of the points you raise in your book. She said that taking B vitamins before you go to sleep can help you remember your dreams better.
As you can imagine, this was one thing that I thought I should research by myself. I really didn’t believe the story. I have taken B Vitamins for other things (like repelling mosquitoes), but I don’t remember having the pleasant side effect of remembering my dreams – of course, that was a long time ago, and at that time I was not really trying to remember them, until I wrote the book on Directed Dreaming.
Anyway, to make a long story short, I started to research and found out that Vitamin B5 was the Vitamin that helped a person experience a dramatic boost in dreaming activity, vividness and clarity. However, it does not work alone. You also need Choline and a few other ingredients.
Then, I finally found a company that has put it all together. They are called Brilliant Dreams™ and are the leader in safe, effective dream enhancement. Their B vitamin product is based on an FDA Approved natural herbal extract.
If you have been trying other things that just do not seem to work, or you want to go a little farther with your Lucid Dreaming, this is worth a try. You can experience a dramatic boost in dreaming activity, vividness and clarity almost immediately!
Brilliant Dreams is scientifically formulated to make dreams longer and much more vivid and intense so you may achieve heightened dream states and lucid dreaming!
OK, I did say that I was gong to make a long story short, and now I’m starting to ramble, so I’ll just let you check it out for yourself.
When you try Brilliant Dreams, feel free to come back and post your comments on your experience.
