I have a quick “smelly” quiz for you today. What is the natural scent that people use most often to relax? I bet you know the answer to this one. The most relaxing scent is Lavender! Even people not especially interested in aromatherapy have used lavender as the preferred scent for relaxation.

So you see, aromatherapy is not just for relaxing anymore. If you are going through your day in a bad mood, why not get some tea with lemon, after you add the lemon to your tea, just take a moment to smell it and see what happens.
